Marine Toys for Tots Foundation

Cherokee County, North Carolina

My name is John Evans and I am the local coordinator for Toys For Tots in Cherokee County, NC., working with the Marine Corps League, Cherokee Detachment #1011. It is our mission to provide a Christmas toy to needy children in our area.

In 2009 The Marine Corps Toys For Tots National Foundation provided:

million toys to over  million children.

Out of every dollar collected $.97 is spent on a toy.

Money and toys collected here, stay here.

children were provided with toys in Cherokee County in 2009.
