Marine Toys for Tots Foundation

Cherokee County, North Carolina

My name is John Evans and I am the local coordinator for Toys For Tots in Cherokee County, NC., working with the Marine Corps League, Cherokee Detachment #1011. It is our mission to provide a Christmas toy to needy children in our area.

In 2009 The Marine Corps Toys For Tots National Foundation provided:

Nationwide: 16.3 million toys were provided to 7.4 million children.

Cherokee County: 4246 toys were provided to 985 children in Cherokee County in 2009.
